An incredible three-night adventure! The charming old house and the spacious suite were just divine. Evening wine tastings with local cheese were a delightful touch—we absolutely adored mingling with the other guests!
But darling, the pillows felt like a firm embrace from a headstone! If you’re picky, bring your own cushion of luxury!

We had an amazing stay at 1801 First Luxury Inn celebrating our anniversary. The room was large and comfortable, with cozy robes waiting for us. The breakfast options every morning were delicious, especially the pastries. The homemade treats were such a nice touch. Carrie and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The evening wine hour was enjoyable, allowing us to try local wines while mingling with others. I appreciated the proximity to downtown Napa. we walked to many nearby restaurants. A downside was that our bathroom could use some updates. the shower had weak water pressure and felt dated. The carpet had some stains, which lowered the luxury feel we were hoping for. Nonetheless, we had a lovely time and would consider returning.

The Junior Suite shines with a cozy corner fireplace and a spacious layout that invites relaxation. Located conveniently near the downtown area, it made evenings filled with dining and nightlife easily accessible, adding extra value to the stay.
While the stay was enjoyable, the accommodations felt slightly dated, signaling a need for renovation to align with the property's charm. Additionally, a quirk in the phone setup for cottage rooms baffled my friends—when they attempted to reach assistance late at night, they ended up answering their own room phone, creating a bewildering situation for all involved.

We were treated like family, from the welcome with truffles and wine in our room to the lovely breakfasts that really set our day. The moment we stepped into the cheerful dining area, it was like being home, every bite felt like a little piece of heaven.
Sure, it wasn't exactly a steal,, but given the quality, it was worth every penny.
